| Duties: Plan and manage large and complex database delivery projects; interview stakeholders, conduct requirements analysis, resource and budget estimations, and develop and drive project strategy and plans with milestones and timelines, ensuring that the scope as well as the approach is fully understood by all stakeholders; manage integration and migration of devices and systems, identify risks and develop mitigation plans, and, finally, close out the project; provide guidance and subject matter expertise on design and development of database models; manage and direct proof of concepts with close coordination with analysis, and product/technical teams; manage development of standards and governance models, ensure quality of deliverables, maintain traceability of processes, standards and product quality conformance; conduct weekly review meetings, review deliverables and conduct audits for SLA measurement, adherence and reporting; and proactively identify, communicate and resolve project issues and generate customized user reports. Minimum Requirements: Education and Experience: Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or Engineering (any branch) plus five (5) years of experience as Delivery Manager, Project Manager, Database Administrator, Datawarehouse Architect, Software Engineer or related position. Foreign educational equivalent accepted. Skills required: 1. Java, Perl, CGI, Swing, PL/SQL 2. Oracle, Toad 3. AWS 4.
