Duties: Manage large and complex projects involving customization, implementation and integration of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) -- Oracle Process Management (OPM), Oracle Supply Chain Management (SCM), Oracle Application Management (AME), etc.; key responsibilities include interviewing stakeholders, conducting requirement analysis, resource and budget estimations, calculating project timelines, managing integration and migration of devices and systems, identifying risks and developing mitigation plans and, finally, closing the project; provide guidance and subject-matter expertise on EBS, Oracle e-records and e-signatures (ERES) frameworks, development and coding practices and preparation of deployment strategies, including application and data security standards, application performance metrics, etc.; establish scope-based QA strategy, oversee development of and participate in UAT and SIT design, review quality metrics as well as standard operating procedures aimed at maintaining product quality; and monitor and analyze system/data and generate customized reports.
Minimum Requirements: Education and Experience: Master's degree in Engineering (any branch) or Business Administration. Alternatively, Bachelor's degree in Engineering (any branch) or Business Administration plus five (5) years of experience as Business Analyst, Computer Systems Analyst, Software/Technology Architect, Software Engineer/Developer or related position. Foreign educational equivalent accepted.
