Position: Senior Principal Consultant, Cloud Supply Chain

Duties: Lead and oversee the support functions for Oracle cloud applications and Managed Services for Oracle Fusion Cloud customers; responsible for Oracle Cloud Fusion Release management, production configuration and support for the SCM modules of Procurement, Self- Service Requisition, Inventory, Product Hub, Cost Management, Manufacturing, and Planning Central; implement Purchasing, Inventory, Manufacturing, Maintenance, Quality and Planning Modules for Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) tools and Microsoft projects; work with business stakeholders to ensure SOX compliance for audits; responsible for Change Request Management and ensuring Proper Risk Analysis/Root Cause Analyses and implementation of proper documentation and testing; prepare Resource and Timeline estimates for new Oracle Cloud Fusion Modules, including implementation and enhancements; work with Service Now portal for support issues, management of software incidents and service disruptions and ensuring Service Level Agreements (SLA) are met for issue resolution and preparation of SLA reports for customer and internal management reporting; Requirement Gathering, As-Is and To Be Analysis for Oracle Inventory, Cost Management and Enterprise Asset Management; map business requirements to Oracle; work with Oracle E-Business Suite Releases, Microsoft Project and AIM Methodology for project management; work with Oracle Fusion Cloud Data Structure and Data Flow, Design, Development, Integration, and SQL.

Minimum Requirements:

Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree or its foreign equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. Five (5) years of experience in Information Technology or related position involving Oracle ERP tools as well as Oracle Cloud Fusion and project management experience including Oracle Purchasing, Inventory and Cost Management.

Worksite: ITC’s Irving, TX Office (511 East John Carpenter Freeway, Suite 500 – 580, Irving, TX 75062). Periodic Relocation and/or travel may be required to various unanticipated worksites in the U.S.
